Awareness of others: Situational Leadership II (SLII®)*:

  • A proven program based on over 30 years of research and applied by more than 10,000 companies globally. I've had the privilege of facilitating this transformative training for over 350 participants worldwide, helping them unlock their leadership potential and elevate both their own and their teams' performance.
  • The program is designed to help colleagues adapt their leadership or communication style to meet the needs of others and the complexity of tasks. It offers a practical and intuitive framework that helps you build deep, meaningful relationships and conversations that accelerate your performance.
  • Minimum 10 participants
  • The training is offered as a two-day face-to-face or a 10-hour virtual course with certification.

Self-Awareness: Leadership Point of View™

  • Understanding who we are, what drives us, and how we relate to others is essential to how we lead. When we know ourselves, we can create genuine connections with those we lead.
  • An engaging experience that helps leaders uncover their values, write their leadership stories, and build trusting relationships with their employees.
  • Minimum 10 participants
  • The training is offered as a one-day face-to-face (spread over two days) or a 6-hour virtual course.

Self-Regulation: Courageous Inclusion™

  • In our journey to becoming better leaders, one of the most overlooked challenges is the blind spots we all have. No matter how aware we believe we are of diversity and inclusion, we all have areas where our understanding is limited.
  • Inspired by Jennifer Brown's model, the program helps discover and address blind spots.
  • A training program aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in organizations by teaching participants how to become better advocates for the inclusion that is key to unlocking individual potential.
  • Minimum 10 participants
  • The training is offered as a one-day face-to-face or a 3-hour virtual course.

Relationships: Building Trust

  • This program also builds on SLII and emphasizes the importance of trust between leaders and team members, which is essential for creating a positive work environment and improving team performance.
  • Minimum 10 participants
  • The training is offered as a half-day face-to-face or a 4-hour virtual course.

Relationships: Team Leadership

  • This program builds on SLII and focuses on developing teams by enhancing collaboration, accountability, and leadership dynamics. The program is designed to improve a leader's ability to effectively lead teams.
  • Minimum 10 participants
  • The training is offered as a one-day face-to-face or a 6-hour virtual course.

Strong Leadership: Strengthen Your Leadership Core

  • This course is only offered in Danish for now. 
  • Based on the latest thinking and data on emotional intelligence in relation to leadership, we focus on your leadership core, but also on how to better understand the core of others, so you can act most effectively in relationships. Whether you're leading a team, leading upwards, or collaborating with colleagues, it's crucial to know who you are at your core.
  • We combine exercises and theory around your AWARENESS of others, SELF-AWARENESS, SELF-REGULATION, and RELATIONSHIPS, so you stand strong as a leader!
  • The training is offered as two x two-day face-to-face open courses.
